| Details: | SUMMARY: Letter to manager and owner regarding permanent corrections for coliform contamination DETAILS: I discussed the three positive TC routines collected 3/7/07 with the manager John Webb. There is persistent total coliform contamination in the system that requires a permanent correction. I sent a letter to the owner outlining the options for correction and ccd the manager John Webb, Karen Kelley, and John Potts.Ongoing requirements are public notice and one coliform sample at the wellhead each month.
