Details: SUMMARY: Routine coliform sample positive for total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Dorsey. He stated he believed the sample may have been improperly taken. 4 repeat samples have been taken. ACTION NEEDED: If the repeat samples are negative, 5 routine samples needed next routine sampling period. If any of the repeat samples are positive then an MCL violation has occurred and corrective measures must be taken, which is usually shock chlorination.
