| Details: | SUMMARY: Water quality issues/investigation report DETAILS: PWS has recent history of total coliform positive test results and MCL violations for Nov. and Dec. 2006 and Mar. 2007.I visited the system and reviewed recent coliform results with John Webb. The coliform positive results are from the distribution system as well as from the source. Mr. Webb stated that there have been distribution line breaks in the past, which may contribute to the distribution results being positive, however, given that some wellhead samples have been coliform positive it is most likely source-related. I discussed potential solutions and prepared a report detailing those. I discussed the situation and potential solutions with John McEvoy of Linn County HD. I prepared and original report and mailed it to John Webb and then prepared a revised report and mailed it to the owners in Lakeland, FL.
