| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP Circuit Rider Program, received notice that the N. Bayside Estates N. did not have a current enabling authority on file with the drinking water program.To insure the Estates compliance with the due date for submission of the annual summary report and the enabling authority I made contact with Mr. Lagrou as stated in the follow-up action of previous contact reports. Doug indicated he had submitted his documents in advance of the due date and was grateful for the assistance. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communications and availability in the event our services are required for technical assistance with the Estates water system. | ||
