| Details: | SUMMARY: Systems lacking cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: The Meadow Creek Subdivision appeared on a list from the ODHS-DWP as a system lacking an enabling authority for the cross connection program.To ensure the subdivisions compliance with the March due date for submission of the annual summary report and the signed enabling authority I made contact with Ron as stated in the follow-up action of previous contact reports. He indicated he had submitted his documents in advance of the due date and was grateful for the assistance. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communications and availability in the event our services are required for technical assistance with the districts water system. | ||
