| Details: | SUMMARY: Systems lacking cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: The Holiday Mobile Manor appeared on a list from the ODHS-DWP as a system lacking an enabling authority for the cross connection program.To ensure the Holiday Mobile Manors compliance with the March due date for submission of the annual summary report and the signed enabling authority I made contact with Janet as stated in the follow-up action of previous contact reports. She indicated she had submitted the documents in advance of the due date and was grateful for the assistance. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communications and availability in the event our services are required for technical assistance with the districts water system. | ||
