Details: Diamond Lake Gas Station monitoring violations.

The list of open violations is provided in the email sent to you. A nitrate sample was not taken for this system in 2019 so that accounts for 5 points of violations. Source sample (combo source) from combination of sources sample tap prior to any treatment has not been taken for 2017 through 2019. Please collect a nitrate sample and a sample at the combination source sample tap for total coliform at your earliest convenience. The system has 10 points against it. At 11 points it becomes a priority non-complier. I believe that Larry was labeling the combo Source sample site as "Common Header" facility "CH-A" You can view this in Data Online for your water system.
