| Details: | SUMMARY: No cross connection enabling authority, no CCR for last several years DETAILS: Evergreen Meadows Water System is lacking a cross connection enabling authority. They have also not received credit for CCRs they have prepared over the last several years. Spoke to Sandy Cathcart by phone. She was not aware that they needed the cross connection enabling authority and welcomed some training in the cross connection area. The CCR problem was simply that they did not know they needed to submit the CCR and certification form. I prepared a sample cross connection enabling authority and mailed that along with a list of approved testers in Jackson County. I downloaded information on the CCR process as well as a certification form and ailed that as well. ACTION NEEDED: I will follow up with Sandy Cathcart to remind them to inform them of the approval process for both forms and offer assistance as needed. | ||
