| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform positive sample taken 5/10. Bottled water served. DETAILS: A sample marked Routine taken on 5/10 was total coliform positive. The sample however, was really a Special prior to system start up. The system is serving bottled water until the problem is resolved. Also, the water system is continuously disinfected when in operation and 2 chlorine test kits are available on site. Operator now understands that samples taken prior to start up should be marked Special. ACTION NEEDED: 4 Repeat samples to be taken in May, and 5 Routine samples to be taken in June. | ||
