| Details: | SUMMARY: City of Merrill needs a cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: The City of Merrills water system is lacking a cross connection enabling authority. Since I was in the South Klamath Falls area I delivered a sample cross connection enabling authority I had tailored to their operation. City staff will look over the sample form and take care of submittal if necessary. (They are under the impression they did not need the enabling authority.) ACTION NEEDED: I will follow up with city staff and offer assistance as needed. | ||
