| Details: | SUMMARY: Falcon Heights Housing needs a cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: Falcon Heights Water System is lacking a cross connection enabling authority. Since I was in the South Klamath Falls area I delivered a sample cross connection enabling authority I had tailored to their operation. WL Kelly will look over the sample form and take care of submittal if necessary. Staff felt that they had an adequate cross connection program and will see if they just need to submit what they have already. ACTION NEEDED: I will follow up with staff to inform them of the approval process and offer assistance as needed. | ||
