| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program, received notice that the Langlois W.D. did not have a current enabling authority on file with the drinking water program. To ensure the Langlois W.D.s compliance with the due date for submission of the annual summary report and the signed enabling authority, I made contact with Mr. Terrusa as stated in the follow-up action of previous contact reports. Dave indicated he had received the certifications from the school that he had been waiting for to complete the summary. He also has written a notice to the school with a scheduled test date requirement that better suits the timing required for the submittal of the annual summary report. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communications and availability in the event our services are required for technical assistance by the water system. | ||
