Details:	I confirmed with Garren today that they are going to install corrosion control via orthophosphate and pH adjustment per recommendations from the circuit rider. The next step is for them to submit plans to OHA for review. Garren said he was going to contact Dan Vaage with Civil West to begin working on the plans.
