| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement- coliform and nitrate DETAILS: Called owner Dave Hancock at 9:45 am to review what is still needed from the 12/27/06 survey. I explained the situation with the two entry points and sampling requirements from both and he told me "thats why well no. 2 was disconnected." When I told him that well no. 2 (BA) had been hooked up again, he said it was not. I then explained that I made a site visit and took a photo of it hooked up on 12/27/06. His response was "it wasnt me." Even though Newton Pump had a request from Dave Hancock to reconnect well no. 2 on 5/19/04 (approximately six months after it was disconnected). We discussed the well field designation and that well no. 2 still needs initial phase 2/5 and radiologicals and he gave me the o.k. to explain to Coffey Lab what he needs. We also discussed written plans for O and M, coliform sampling, and enabling authority. I will refer HBH for these written plans. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
