| Details: | SUMMARY: Disinfection contact time testing DETAILS: Contacted by Andrew Albee and requested to provide a contact time study on the new membrane plant. Discussed system configuration on phone. Prepared sketch of process showing 2 chlorine injection points (pre and post), 4 residual analyzer (CL-17) locations, clearwells (2 in series), and general flow paths related to contact time investigations. Sent sketch to the Umpqua Basin Water Association (UBWA) for review. Received corrections back and updated sketch. Discussed procedure that will be used to test and preparations needed by the UBWA. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule site visit and conduct test. Prepare CT study report. | ||
