| Details: | SUMMARY: PWS does not have written decision making protocol for under-certified operators DETAILS: The city has applied for SRF loan money and has to complete the written decision making protocol as required by the DHS/DWP based on a treatment plant visit on 9/26/06. I visited the system on 4/16 and discussed with Paul what operational procedures/decision making he allowed his two under-certified operators to do without his supervision or consultation. I prepared the written protocol and emailed it to him for review and comment. He approved and then I emailed it to Karen Kelley for her review and approval. She informed me that "it looked good." ACTION NEEDED: None at this time unless requested. | ||
