| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine nitrate sample collected 02/01/07 over one-half MCL at 5.9 ppm DETAILS: Historically nitrate samples have been over one-half of the MCL for this system. I discussed this with Pastor Dickey during the last sanitary survey in December of 2006. I spoke with Pastor Dickey in November of 2006 reminding him that he needs to complete one year of quarterly nitrate sampling. He began quarterly sampling in the fourth quarter of 2006 and will continue through the third quarter of 2007. ACTION NEEDED: One year of quarterly nitrate sampling needs to be completed (two more quarters in 2007). | ||
