| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 of 4 routine samples collected on 03/21/07 positive for total coliform DETAILS: 03/26/07- Grants Pass Water Lab confirmed that four repeat samples were collected on 03/23/07. All repeat samples passed. I called and left a voicemail for the park manager (Sid) requesting more information. 03/28/07- Sid has not returned my call. I left a message for owner Skip to call me. I referred this case to Joe Carlson for a formal order and conferred with Scott Curry that this is the appropriate action. Joe and Scott will confer on the details of the order that will, at a minimum, require continuous chlorination. 03/28/07- I received a call from the daughter of an elderly park resident complaining that the management does not return phone calls and will not keep them informed of the state of their drinking water. ACTION NEEDED: The park will be required to comply with drinking water standards by formal order. | ||
