| Details: | A sanitary survey was done at the firm in December of 2010, the firm was listed as a TNC, but the population was listed incorrectly as 12, so the online system thought it was a State Regulated- NON EPA system, and thus fell off the radar. I performed a sanitary survey on March 18, 2020 with Dave Petterson. Dave contacted me on March 20, 2020 stating that he collected the Arsenic, Nitrate, and coliform samples for the water system and dropped them off at Alexin Laboratories. Dave has been provided the plan review information and will work with Pete Farrelly to complete the process. |
