Details: SUMMARY: Yearly nitrate came in at 6.0 ppm. Spoke to Carrie DETAILS: A 6.0 ppm result was received, I asked for the operator to do quarterly samples. The past history has been fairly stable. There is no explanation for the unusual increase in results. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterlies.
