| Details: | SUMMARY: Field visit regarding alert contact- E. coli positive samples (5) 04/22/07 DETAILS: Field visit to check on progress of repeat samples. Met with Bill and discussed situation. They shocked the system and then flushed. Repeat samples were taken several days later on 05/11/07. All came back O.K. ACTION NEEDED: System must do the five routines in June. DHS action needed: Await results of 5 routines in June. | ||
