Details: SUMMARY: Field visit regarding alert contact- E. coli positive samples (5) 4/22/07 DETAILS: Field visit to check on progress of repeat samples. Met with Bill and discussed situation. They shocked the system and then flushed. Repeat samples were taken several days later on 5/10/07. All came back O.K. ACTION NEEDED: System must do the five routines in June. DHS action needed: Await results of 5 routines in June.
