| Details: | SUMMARY: Prepared final report for CT tracer study completed by Sean Negherbon DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers completed an evaluation of the maximum capacity of the existing water treatment plant in Clarks Branch in July 2006. At the time the operator requested that we calculate the theoretical contact time available for disinfection. Due to the complexity of calculating a meaningful theoretical contact time it was recommended that a CT tracer study be performed to verify actual contact time available in the system at the maximum operational flow rate. 2/6/2007--2/13/2007- Completed final CT tracer study report based on tests completed by Sean Negherbon in November 2006 (see attached report).
