| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform result DETAILS: Spoke with Mable today about the positive total coliform sample taken 6/4/07. She stated that when taking the 4 repeat samples today she realized she had taken the original sample (6/4/07) at the wrong sample tap, before the UV light. She had taken a raw water sample on 6/4/07, not a treated sample as required. She also stated that one of the four repeat samples was rejected at the lab today due to a chlorine residual, (she uses chlorine to disinfect the sample tap prior to sampling), she will take the fourth sample into the lab tomorrow. I said we can probably waive the five routines required in July due to a sampling error. ACTION NEEDED: Await the results of the repeat samples,. Await the decision to throw out the original sample due to sampling error and count one of the repeats as the routine for 2nd quarter. | ||
