| Details: | SUMMARY: PWS does not have an XC enabling authority and is not submitting ASRs to DWP DETAILS: PWS does not have a cross connection enabling authority and does not submit annual summary reports (ASRs) as required. I provided Mr. Webb with some cross connection information and a copy of the rules. I discussed the risk to the water supply if backflow situations occur and the need for protection. The park does not have typical residential risks, however, AVBs on hose bibbs would be beneficial. I reviewed the ASR form and he knows how to get it online and I prepared a cross connection enabling authority and mailed it to him to forward to the owner. Linn Co. HD has noted the lack of the XC enabling authority in past sanitary surveys and the owner has neglected to send one in as required. ACTION NEEDED: None, unless requested by the PWS. | ||
