| Details: | SUMMARY: positive total coliform routine sample DETAILS: I received a call from Susan Johnson, and later an alert, about a positive total coliform routine sample. Susan and Craig are new operators and they arent sure why the sample was positive. I instructed Susan to take 4 repeat samples. They only have 3 samples bottles and are a long drive from the lab, but they will try to get a fourth bottle and might not get the samples in until Monday if Analytical Lab is closed this weekend. We discussed the 5 routines required in July and I instruced Susan to call Casey Lyon with the results of the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the repeat samples. | ||
