| Details: | I informed Gregg that he would need to do the lvl 1 investigation regardless at this point. I then emailed him a copy of the investigation form. He had the water service take repeats on Friday and I am waiting for those results to be posted. I also made sure to inform him to take repeats next month to be sure he can stay on quarterly sampling. | ||
