| Details: | SUMMARY: RTC for Chemical M/R SNC Status. DETAILS: Panther Creek Water District is on the 2007 Annual SNC List for non-reporting of SOC, VOC, DBP, Lead/Copper during 2006. After much communication with Martin and with Waterlab, all chemical samples except for lead/copper were collected 2/15/2007 and are shown as received in SDWIS. Lead and copper samples were collected and submitted to Waterlab on 6/12/2007. Results will be sent by the lab asap. Therefore, once the lead/copper sample results are received, the system will have returned to compliance with all chemical monitoring and reporting requirements. I reminded Martin that DBP samples must be collected and the results submitted quarterly for one year before a reduction in sampling frequency will be considered. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of Lead/Copper samples and 2nd quarter DBPs. | ||
