| Details: | SUMMARY: Op will disinfect well and P/T prior to using well as source DETAILS: Op states that the system plans to switch to their well as a source late next week. We discussed installing a sample tap on the wellhead, disinfection procedure, collecting a coliform sample, and not using well as source without my OK. Contractor will be installing an RPBA as required by the city.System will need to collect a quarterly sample in the distribution and a nitrate at the EP within a week after beginning to use the well.
