| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for chlorine residual DETAILS: Contacted David Gattucio and left a phone message on 3/12/07 and followed up in person on 3/16/07. Mr. Gattucio had the maintenance crew check the well house and the chlorination system is still in operation. The plant has been taking samples prior to chlorination as "special" samples in addition to the regular routine samples- there may have been a mix up in the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Continue maintaining chlorination until it is determined through testing that it is not necessary. | ||
