| Details: | SUMMARY: Pos. T/C 2007 first quarter routine DETAILS: Spoke with Pete on the phone. He informed me that he has already taken 4 repeats and the same site came back positive for T/C. All others were OK. He believes its the swivel faucet on that sink. He is in the process of shock chlorinating the well and flushing the system. He will then take 4 more repeats. I suggested changing that faucet to a more appropriate type for sampling. We talked about the need for public notice and the requirement for 5 temporary routines in the month following the 4 clean repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing and advise. | ||
