| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Positive TCR DETAILS: Routine samples taken on 2/5/07 (4 out of 5 samples positive for total coliform. Jennifer Sitzer (mgr.) called pump company to check UV light. Glass tube on UV light was cloudy with mineral deposits. Cleaned glass tube and reinstalled. Public notice posted (see attached notice). ACTION NEEDED: Manager is to take another sample to lab 2/8/07 for bacteria test. Manager has been instructed on how to remove and clean UV light tube. I was shown how to clean the UV light tube while at the firm. Manager is to clean UV light tube every few days to start, and then on regular intervals weekly to monthly as needed. | ||
