Details: SUMMARY: Elevated arsenic- fourth quarter sample DETAILS: System has taken 4 quarterly samples- still above the MCL. Must issue public notice now. I emailed tier 2 violation public notice material. Need to start to discuss options for removal of arsenic with school board. ACTION NEEDED: Issue public notice, continue to sample until arsenic is consistently and reliably below the MCL.
