| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated arsenic on sample DETAILS: Phone call to Mr. Davenport to discuss elevated arsenic of 0.0189 and 0.0163 taken in 4/06 which is above the MCL of 0.010. To test quarterly until annual average can be established. Follow up letter sent today. Sample was taken this week and he will continue to test quarterly while working on a plan to reduce arsenic levels. ACTION NEEDED: Take quarterly samples for arsenic to establish annual average of arsenic. | ||
