| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated arsenic taken in 11/2004 DETAILS: Phone call and letter follow-up to Pete. Discussed need to sample now for arsenic and continue to take quarterly samples. If arsenic annual average exceeds the MCL a public notice will need to be published after the fourth quarter results are available. Discussed making plans now to treat before need to issue public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Start quarterly sampling, prepare to submit plans to state for approval of arsenic removal. | ||
