| Details: | I spoke with Christine about a routine sample collected on Sunday March 29th that was E. coli positive. She informed me the water system has a community well with nine hookups. We discussed as soon as possible collecting three repeat samples from original, upstream and downstream sites, and a triggered source sample from the well. Christine is unable to collect samples today due to her work and will collect samples by this coming Thursday. We discussed if any repeat sample results are coliform positive that a boil water advisory would be required to notify customers. The boil water notice template and FAQ handout will be emailed to her for reference. I asked that she contact me to follow up with repeat and source sample results once they are available to determine next steps. |
