| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert- positive TCR DETAILS: Contacted Jerry Coffer by phone on 3/19/07- he hasnt been taking samples because the water has not been in use due to repairs at the store. The store will re-open in 2-3 months and within the next two weeks, Mr. Coffer agreed to shock chlorinate in the well and resample. ACTION NEEDED: Shock well and take four repeat samples. | ||
