| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive fecal coliform (E. coli) generated 1/08/07 DETAILS: Contact 1/9/07- system has treatment process- rapid sand filtration and hypochlorination (pre). Chlorination system for supply- has not been filled (tank was dry). Refilled chlorination tank- repeat samples will be collected within 24 hours (4 samples). A public notice was posted at site. All drinking water is bottled. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice- acute coliform violation. (Water must be boiled for consumption.) 4 repeat samples taken within 24 hours from notice. | ||
