| Details: | SUMMARY: Re: positive TC result DETAILS: Contacted operator by phone on 1/25/07. Operator stated he knew about the positive total coliform result. I informed him to take the required four repeat samples, upstream, downstream, at source, and random. Operator stated that he already took required samples, and delivered them to Water Lab. ACTION NEEDED: If any repeat samples come back positive, continue taking repeats until negative samples are achieved. Then take a total of five routine samples next reporting period. | ||
