| Details: | SUMMARY: State regulated: one of five temp routines taken 12/18/06 positive TC DETAILS: Terry said they called a pump specialist (Fishers from Molalla maybe? He thinks) and they came out and evaluated the well last week. John Barber was there too from BLM Salem. They modified the well head so that they can disinfect the interior of the casing better and also repaired a cracked pipe on top of the well head. Then they disinfected the well, storage, and distribution again. They took 5 more temporary routines today. Terry says they are investigating whether to send a camera down the well and inspect the casing. Apparently there are only 1 or 2 outfits in the state with this capability. They are going to see how these latest tests come out before proceeding further. As a precaution all employees have bottled water available. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time, they are doing a good job of staying on top of the problem. Will wait and see results of most recent sampling. | ||
