| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine monthly taken 1/23/07 positive TC DETAILS: Received fax from operator Tim. They switched to their back-up well for 2 days and that is when Alexin came out and collected the samples. Their main well was shut down to repair piping that broke due to the recent freezing weather. The back-up well does not have a chlorinator on it. After the 2 days they returned to using the main well and chlorinator. Repeat samples have been taken and results are pending. They know to take 5 temporary routines in February. ACTION NEEDED: I called and scheduled a sanitary survey for next Tuesday 1/30/07 at 10 a.m. | ||
