| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert regarding 0.0 ppm chlorine DETAILS: Late 2/27/07 recd an alert regarding 0.0 ppm chlorine in the Fort James Operating Company water system. Contacted Thor Sorenson. He explained that the sample was taken at the end of a line at the chip test shack. Sometimes it is difficult to maintain a chlorine residual at the end of that line. (3/1/07 CL2 residual at 0.6 ppm) ACTION NEEDED: Thor agreed to run more water to that part of the system to assure that freshly chlorinated water is always available. Consider ALERT resolved. | ||
