| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will provide PN, clean reservoir, take 5 routines in March 07 DETAILS: Operator reports three positive TC repeats collected 2/21/07: 38684 Nelson, 32475 Hidden Valley Rd., and 32421 Hidden Valley Rd. The sample collected at 32437 Hidden Valley Rd. was "absent." Operator will provide PN ASAP and send me a copy. We discussed monitoring the free chlorine levels- operator has not checked them. Operator suspects the problem is sediment in the reservoir- a work crew is going to clean and disinfect it this weekend. Operator agrees to do five routines in March 07. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
