| Details: | SUMMARY: PWS does not have XC enabling authority or coliform sampling plan- O and M assistance provided DETAILS: PWS referred by Amy Parmenter after sanitary survey visit. No cross connection enabling authority or coliform sampling plan. System has an O and M manual, but needs minor updating. Developed cross connection enabling authority and reviewed completing annual summary report (ASR). I informed Bob to submit enabling authority and ASR to Dewey Darold. I reviewed system water line map and developed a written coliform sampling plan. I provided some suggestions for the O and M manual. The enabling authority and coliform sampling plan were mailed to Mr. Southwell. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
