| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program, received notice that the Redwood Terrace assisted living facility did not have a current enabling authority on file with the Drinking Water Program. I put together the typical packet of information for enabling authority presentation and made contact with the manager of the facility. I mentioned I had several clients in the Grants Pass area and would be spending a two day visit to the area to make all the necessary contacts. I visited with Jim to review the enabling authority, OARs and the annual summary report required of the assisted living facility. Jim was familiar with the drinking water website and has frequently used it as a tool to monitor his facilities compliance status. ACTION NEEDED: None required at this time. | ||
