| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program received notice that the North Bayside Estates S. did not have a current enabling authority on file with the Drinking Water Program. I met with Doug and his wife, the managers of the Bayside Estates. The efforts for the South Estates side of the facilities in regards to the requirements for the cross connection enabling authority are similar in nature, the water systems, however, are totally separate and do not have any internal connections. ACTION NEEDED: Be available for technical assistance if requested by the water system. Follow up prior to March date for annual summary submittal. | ||
