| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program received notice that the Meadow Creek Water Association did not have a current enabling authority on file with the Drinking Water Program. I attempted to contact Meadow Creek using the information from the department web site. The phone number listed takes messages but no return calls are made. I put together the typical packet of information for enabling authority presentations and will make an attempt to locate the managers of the water authority on-site in the coming days. I spent the 27th and 28 in Grants Pass contacting other clients regarding cross connection enabling authority assistance but was not able to make contact with Mr. Langford. I will contact the Josephine County drinking water program for assistance with this client. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Josephine County staff for assistance. | ||
