| Details: | SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program received notice that the Meadow Creek Subdivision did not have a current enabling authority on file with the Drinking Water Program. I put together the typical packet of information in preparation for an enabling authority presentation including the OARs 333-061-0070, 2006 cross connection annual summary report, and cross connection control enabling authority. Ron was too busy to meet with me due to his contracting business and requested I leave the information with his office staff and any information relevant he may need to complete the documents. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with the Josephine County drinking water contact to provide a certified cross connection/backflow inspector for the Meadow Creek Subdivision. | ||
