| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact tracer study DETAILS: ODHS-DWP requested a contact tracer study. I called to remind Tim the circuit rider program is available to complete the tracer study whenever he can schedule the time. Time assured me he wanted to get the study done before summer and would contact HBH as soon as they were ready. ACTION NEEDED: Maintain communication with the city to complete the tracer study. | ||
