| Details: | SUMMARY: PWS does not have a coliform sampling plan- needs assistance with O and M manual DETAILS: PWS was referred by Amy Parmenter for having no coliform sampling plan or O and M manual. I met with Mrs. Roderick on Feb. 8 2007 and reviewed the purpose of the coliform sampling plan and walked through the park and chose sites based on water line map and access. I also discussed basic O and M procedures with them and will send a summary on those items so they can expand and tailor it for their system. I prepared and mailed a coliform sampling plan to them.
